		<description>I think my proposed Agile Alliance would include &quot;Individuals and Interactions&quot; in its focus. It wouldn&#039;t be just technical skills. But the emphasis would be on the individuals on the team (in the standup) and the interactions between them (including the product owner / Customer).</description>
